We are pleased to inform you that the Lanka Microfinance Practitioners’ Association will be organizing a ZOOM Seminar on the 28th of June 2021 from 3.30pm to 6.00 pm titled “Mindfulness & Customer Relationship Management”. The seminar will be facilitated by Leading Business Trainer and TV personality Mr. Amintha Sugath De Silva.
Kindly note that this seminar is catered to Senior Managers and Department Heads of MFIs. A similar session will be organized separately for Branch Managers and Field Executives on a later date.
