Following the success and feedback from the previous seminar held for Senior Managers and Department Heads, LMFPA will be organizing another online seminar on ”Mindfulness & Customer Relationship Management” on Saturday 10th July from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm. This seminar is specially catered to all the branch and field officers of MFIs.
The objective of organizing this seminar is to motivate MFI field staff in managing their relationship with their clients in the backdrop of the COVID 19 pandemic in Sri Lanka.
We have invited the leading business trainer and TV personality Mr. Amintha Sugath De Silva to facilitate this program as he is an ex-banker of Commercial Bank and Sanasa Development Bank and has a good understanding of the microfinance industry. His expertise as a Business trainer and motivational speaker will be very useful for MFIs under the present context in the country.
